Compensation: 75,000 - 100,000 PKR monthly (lucrative) + commission

Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, effectively communicating the value propositions of our recruitment services.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning our services to meet their expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve collective goals.
- Continuous Improvement and Leadership: Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and guide newcomers.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, with a demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships (previous call center experience is a plus).
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
