UI / UX Designer - Gaming

We are seeking a talented and experienced game designer to join our team. As a game designer with at least one year of industry experience, you will play a crucial role in the development of our upcoming projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and implement various aspects of gameplay, mechanics, and content.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design gameplay mechanics, systems, and features that enhance player engagement and enjoyment.
Create compelling level designs that provide a balance of challenge and reward.
Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other team members to implement game design elements into the project.
Conduct playtests and gather feedback to refine and improve gameplay experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance game design processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of professional experience as a game designer, with a proven track record of shipped titles.
Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
Proficiency in game design tools such as Unity, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for gaming and a creative mindset with a willingness to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
