• Generate Sales order documents & amends on demand.
  • Book A/R invoices (Sales Tax Invoices).
  • Sales Report
  • Maintain bilty docs of delivery to customers.
  • Print Sales Tax invoices, courier to customers & keep follow-up on couriers.
  • Generate Purchase order documents in accordance with purchase requests.
  • Book A/P invoices and make outgoing of cash purchases.
  • Maintain & reconcile cash register cash ledgers.
  • Generate purchase orders document of import & A/P reserve invoices documents
  • Arrange packing lists & other supporting documents for landed costs.
  • Reporting on imports.
  • Bank contract opening requests & Pay order requests.
  • Provide bank contract, insurance & other related documents to concerns.
  • Filling of bank payments, receipts & cash payment vouchers, delivery challans & other documents.
  • Maintain custom-based documents and assisted in making documents related to customs.
  • Assistance in any reply of custom & FBR Notice.
