This role is responsible for leading comprehensive Salesforce projects from requirement gathering to deployment. The specialist will design, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure system integrity and optimal performance.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless operation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for future upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues or errors.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Implementation & Administration.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Implementation Specialist would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
