We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI/ML models to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
Conduct research and experiments to improve the performance of AI/ML models.
Monitor and maintain the performance of AI/ML systems in production.
Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Document AI/ML processes, models, and findings.
Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI/ML engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI/ML project requirements and deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML research.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning frameworks.
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
