You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and management of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented professionals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of 20 employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.
  • Support employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations in the USA.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and other administrative HR tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience working in an HR role, preferably within start-up or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong recruitment skills with experience in hiring diverse talent for various roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience working with international or USA-based teams is a plus.
