Ethical Hacker

Voltic Inc is seeking a skilled Ethical Hacker to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities within our systems and providing actionable insights to strengthen our security measures. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in penetration testing and network security, the potential hire will also lead a team of five professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation. The Ethical Hacker will collaborate with various departments to ensure that security protocols are adhered to, ultimately ensuring the integrity of our digital assets and the trust of our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular penetration tests on IT systems, applications, and networks to identify vulnerabilities.
Create detailed reports documenting findings, vulnerabilities, and recommendations for remediation.
Lead a team of cybersecurity specialists, providing guidance and support in vulnerability assessments and security practices.
Develop and execute security assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Implement and recommend security tools and solutions to improve the overall security posture of the organization.
Perform risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Educate team members and stakeholders about security awareness and best practices.
Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, leading investigations and developing mitigation strategies.
