We are seeking for a multi-talented Office Secretary (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills. The candidate must have ability to handle a variety of administrative, management, and coordination tasks along with greeting guests, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team in office management duties. As a crucial part of our team, you will work closely with various departments, providing timely and efficient assistance to support daily operations and capable of supporting the CEO by understanding and executing instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
  • Oversee basic HR functions, such as employee coordination and record maintenance.
  • Provide support in accounts and finance-related tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice management.
  • Handle office management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Assist the CEO in managing priorities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum FA/BA in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time (10am to 6pm)

Pay: Rs 40 to 45 (Negotiable)
