Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, with a strong focus on TikTok content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and engage with the community to foster positive relationships.
- Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to amplify our brand message.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create face-to-face or faceless contact opportunities to compete with competitors and stay current with market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Develop and implement strategies for digital advertising and email marketing to complement social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising and email marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
