Job Summary:

The Online Sales Executive will play a key role in driving our online sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  1. Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various online channels.
  3. Manage and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals. 

Marketing Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns.
  2. Assist in the creation of engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing efforts.
  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  2. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market conditions.
  3. Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  2. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  3. Suggest and implement improvements to the online sales process and customer experience. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
