We are seeking a seasoned SEO Specialist with over 5 years of experience, particularly in an agency environment, who can drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and lead successful SEO and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO initiatives that align with clients’ goals and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute SEO-driven lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads for clients. Utilize analytics to track and optimize lead generation efforts.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms and opportunities. Leverage tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and other on-page elements to improve search rankings.
Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with developers to implement best practices.
Content Strategy: Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly content. Provide guidelines on content structure, keyword usage, and internal linking.
Link Building: Create and manage link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and search visibility. Identify opportunities for partnerships and guest blogging.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, focusing on SEO results and lead generation metrics.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, insights, and addressing any concerns. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and lead generation techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, and other digital marketing professionals to ensure integrated and effective strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SEO, with significant experience in an agency setting.
Lead Generation: Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to derive actionable insights from data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex SEO concepts to clients and team members.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
