The Territory Sales Manager will be working in a dynamic business environment; he/she will be responsible for delivering the expected sales revenue of the allocated Area and will ensure the distributors are generating the appropriate profit margin as per the promise to deliver their ROIs.
Developing new B2B partnerships are critical for this role. Negotiating with operators / F&B on the brands/solutions and consistently ensuring OTIF customer service, launches, and re-launches are done as per the selling story and the appropriate operators is a key accountability of this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to lead Teams, inspire & motivate towards delivering high-performance standards, with the ability to proactively drive differentiated actions to win in the marketplace by winning operators and customers.
