We are recruiting Salesman to join our bakery team for our Sunridge Outlets located on various area within Karachi.
As a Salesman, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, promoting and selling our bakery products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
- Provide product knowledge, including ingredients and specialties.
- Promote new and seasonal bakery items to boost sales.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Replenish stock and ensure displays are appealing.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor product freshness and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products by suggesting complementary items.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a bakery or food environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
