We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales of our high-quality Farm Milk Cooling Tanks. This is a field-based role that requires extensive travel across Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with hands-on sales efforts, have a deep understanding of the local market, and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. The Sales Executive will work closely with our Marketing Manager to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. This position offers a competitive commission-based structure, rewarding top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the agricultural and dairy sectors, focusing on farm milk cooling solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, cooperatives, and businesses, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company through proactive market engagement and sales strategies.
Travel extensively across Pakistan, meeting with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and product demand.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and potential areas for product or process improvement.
Prepare sales reports and document key interactions, progress, and feedback to ensure alignment with company goals.
