We are seeking a talented and experienced Advertising Operations Specialist specializing in Programmatic Ads to join our dynamic AdsOps team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to bid requests, ad serving, tracking, and creative implementation.
  •  Implement and maintain tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising technology.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients regarding programmatic ad campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to drive innovation and improve ad operations processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for programmatic ad operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), Xandr, PubMatic, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including RTB, SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Experience with ad trafficking, creative troubleshooting, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ad Manager certification or similar industry certifications.
  • Experience with ad verification and brand safety tools.
  •  Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
  • Experience working with APIs and third-party ad tech vendors.
