Lead and supervise the counseling team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop and implement processes to ensure the counseling team meets targets for student placements, visa success rates, and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and monitor the performance of the counseling team through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide expert advice and guidance to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including study destinations, courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.
Ensure all students receive tailored advice and a clear pathway for achieving their academic and career goals.
Handle escalated cases and provide in-depth counseling to students requiring additional support.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve counseling services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align counseling services with promotional campaigns, scholarships, and new program offerings.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, including changes in visa regulations, university admission requirements, and popular study destinations.
