Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
Carrier Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective carriers through regular communication.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs while maximizing profitability for our company.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using FMCA and safer websites to manage leads, and track sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in truck dispatching. Newbies can also apply.
- Familiarity with US transportation industry regulations and best practices.
