Job Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our products and services.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and communicated to the production team.
- Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups on orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and any feedback received, and provide regular reports to management.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
