We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female Call Centre Representatives to join our team. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and handling issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Documentation: Record and update customer information, interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, and achieve sales targets as set by the company.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up with customers as needed to verify satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure cohesive service delivery and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
