About the role:
We are looking for Customer Services Agent with a natural flair of delivering unforgettable Travel / Tourism and Hotel booking services in our customer support team.
- Position will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide service excellence to Eilago.com / Travel Destination Onlines (Pvt) Ltd.
- Customers through telephone, web chat & social media, ensuring that customer satisfaction is optimized in every interaction.
- Your responsibilities will include making new flight and Hotel reservations, changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct air fares and hotel rates, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds and sell, upsell and cross sell Eilago.com products and services.
- In addition, you will support E-commerce and Frequent Flyer Program activities.
