We are hiring a talented and creative Designer specializing in Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Shop Branding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand identity into captivating designs that resonate with our target audience. In addition to POSM and shop branding, the role will encompass creating engaging social media content to support our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  1. POSM Design:
    • Conceptualize and design various POSM materials such as posters, banners, shelf talkers, danglers, and displays.
    • Ensure that POSM designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative POSM solutions that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
  1. Shop Branding:
    • Design and execute branding elements for retail spaces including signage, window displays, in-store graphics, and product displays.
    • Work closely with store managers and merchandisers to implement cohesive branding strategies that elevate the brand presence and drive foot traffic.
    • Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints to reinforce brand identity and increase brand recognition.
  1. Social Media Content Creation:
    • Develop visually appealing content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Create graphics, illustrations, and animations that engage our audience and promote brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives
  1. Creative Ideation:
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts for POSM, shop branding, and social media content.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, retail, and social media marketing to continuously innovate and improve our creative output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 to 3 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in tech retail or advertising agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in POSM design, shop branding, and social media content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and materials preferred.
  • Experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
