You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and building strong client relationships. This remote internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales within the tech industry, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.
Technical Requirements:
- Access to a laptop/desktop with minimum specifications: Intel Core i3 (7th generation) or Intel Core i5 (4th generation or newer).
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 6-8 Mbps.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach and lead generation.
- Engage with prospective clients via email and phone to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
