Junior Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our dynamic team at TheseGuys. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate clients. You will work closely with our senior designers and creative team to deliver high-quality designs for digital, print, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior designers in developing concepts, layouts, and designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, and product packaging.
Create visual assets for digital and print media, including brochures, logos, website graphics, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas.
Revise designs based on feedback from the creative director and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality.
Assist in preparing files for print or digital publication.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role (internship experience can be considered).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
Skills:
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Basic knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a bonus.
