The HR Assistant is responsible for the followings;

Employee Personal File management and updation of internal databases with employee information, including personal profile, contact details and other employment information.
Routine work on Organizational HRMS (database).
CV managment and screening of resumes, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Employee /Staff leave managment.
Working on monthly payroll includes gathering the data i.e salary information & working days along with handling salary-related queries.
Any other task assigned by the management.
