The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive bookings and revenue growth for the hotel. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders. Provide personalized service to meet their needs and ensure repeat business.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners. Highlight the hotel’s unique features, amenities, and value propositions.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking key metrics, analyzing results, and recommending improvements. Prepare regular reports for management.
Events and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and packages that attract new guests and drive bookings.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all stages of the sales process. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
