Answering all the phone calls and attending the visiting potential customers
Generating a database of the clients approaching on any digital medium.
Making all the reservations at The Nest Residency for monthly basis clientele
Keeping all the records of the incoming and outgoing customers with the record of signed Terms of Tenancy.
Keeping all the track records and ensuring timely payments.
Keeping Liaison between residents and the maintenance staff.
Taking care of in-time readying the vacant apartments for the upcoming residents according to the pattern.
Keeping a track record of the upcoming vacant property in the complex and managing their timely rent out.
Developing strategies to optimize the use of the property.
Keeping the house in discipline and maintaining all the house standards.
