- Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums/schools/academies/corporate sector etc, to create awareness about TMUC Brand, academic programmes at TMUC being the Institution of choice for students and stake holders.
- To develop, deliver and evaluate online recruitment and conversion activity such as web chats and virtual open days.
- To give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students about courses / student life at TMUC.
- Maintaining continuing flow of quality applicants and transfers to the university by analyzing trends in enrollment and marketing activities, leading activities to continue programs that are effective; modifying programs; presenting new sales strategies for the university's recruitment and admission activities.
- Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets and projection assigned to each TMUC location.
- Staying updated with latest recruitment policies, deadlines, other admission information posted on partner institution portals and communicating these changes to students and teachers.
