Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategies and objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
