Call Center Agent / Closer

You will play a crucial role in our sales team by engaging with potential customers over the phone, building rapport, and closing sales. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Present product/service offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Overcome objections and address concerns to persuade customers to make a purchase.
Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
