We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Oversee daily branch operations and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, trained, and motivated a high-performing team, including supervisors, production staff, and sales representatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety across all operations.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure effective stock management and timely procurement of materials.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Hotel Management, Food Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry, with a proven track record of success in operations and team management.
