DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement comprehensive cloud security strategies that align with the organization\\\'s objectives and compliance requirements. This includes developing security policies, procedures, and best practices for cloud usage.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the cloud infrastructure. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Design and review cloud architectures to ensure they meet security standards and best practices. This includes setting up secure networks, storage, and compute resources in the cloud.
- Implement measures to protect sensitive data stored in the cloud. This includes encryption, tokenization, and access control mechanisms to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
- Assess and manage the security of third-party services and vendors integrated into the cloud environment. Ensure these services comply with the organization\\\'s security policies and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud security threats, technologies, and trends. Recommend and implement improvements to security policies, procedures, and technologies to enhance the organization\\\'s cloud security posture.
- Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees to promote secure cloud usage practices and awareness of phishing and other social engineering attacks.
- Participate in security incident management and vulnerability management processes.
- Participate in evaluating, recommending, implementing, and troubleshooting security solutions and evaluating IT security of the new IT Infrastructure systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management.
- Staying up to date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory security requirements.
- Other responsibilities and additional duties as assigned by IS Head.
