DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in providing the approvals for the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts/roles in various systems and applications to TMB staff.
- Ensure that access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege.
- Participate in regular access reviews and audits to verify that users have appropriate access levels.
- Document and report findings from access reviews and assist in remediation efforts.
- Support the implementation of access management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to users regarding access issues.
- Assist in resolving access-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Help define and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Contribute to security awareness training related to access management.
- Promote best practices for password management and secure access.
- Maintain accurate records of access requests, approvals, and changes.
- Prepare and present access management reports to the Unit Lead GRC.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in access management.
- Suggest improvements to access management processes and tools.
- Help the team in BAU activities of the function including access control, Security assessments, Monitoring, compliance and audits and Incident handling etc.
Tasks and responsibilities by Head of IS or Line Manager.
