As a Design Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their design needs, and recommending solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and the highest quality products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events and social media.
  • Conducting consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and timeline.
  • Presenting product offerings and design solutions to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop customized proposals and design concepts that align with client requirements.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred
  • Must have knowledge about web development, with creative mind-set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
