Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, connect with, and engage potential clients in the software industry.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage all lead interactions within our CRM system, ensuring an organized and thorough approach to client follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads through strategic and personalized outreach, providing information about our services and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall company goals and refine messaging based on market insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on lead conversion, outreach effectiveness, and progress against sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years using LinkedIn Sales Navigator in a B2B environment, ideally in software, technology, or a related industry.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and document interactions effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client outreach and follow-up.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze lead generation data and adjust outreach strategies based on performance insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lead enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Clearbit.
  • A background in the software or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach) for automated follow-ups.
