We are looking for a customer-centric (Customer care/ call center) and Sales oriented professional from the International BPO/ Call centre domain.
This position is a corporate position with high growth potential as we are growing as an organization.
This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the US. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Timings: US business hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT)
Job Requirements
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• International calling and sales experience (US preferred) is a must.
• Customer centric and Sales oriented.
• Fast paced, Prospecting, Discovering, Business Acumen.
• Storytelling, Active Listening, Objection Handling.
• Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work.
• Must be an extrovert and have a charismatic personality.
• Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their core-needs.
• Must be very organized and have great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Negotiate/ Deal with worldwide vendors.
• Ensure win-win situations by offering excellent engagement and customer service to our clients.
• Make at least 50-100 calls to various companies and vendors in the United States regarding their staffing needs and open technology positions.
• You will be assigned 2-4 profiles per month in our core technologies to be placed on different projects with Fortune 500 companies.
• Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants’ information and project starts.
• Ensure that each account given is up to date and accurate.
• Personnel follow up once they get hired after their selection process.
• Ability to arrive to work on time and go above and beyond if needed to get the job done.
