This role of Sr. Sales Executive will contribute to developing and managing the business of the Company on the Quetta City and Surrounding markets.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for developing the sales of Consumer Electronics products, including LED TV & AC in Quetta – Baluchistan. He will be based in Quetta City.

This will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Having the primary responsibility of managing current Dealers’ accounts in Quetta City & Surrounding markets seeking and acquiring new Dealers’ accounts achieving the best possible market penetration and achieving the business target.
  • Establishing and strengthening the relationship with Dealers.
  • Helping develop results-based trade marketing strategies and promotional opportunities (from idea to execution) in cooperating with the marketing team.
  • Providing feedback on Dealers, competition changes, volume potential, price roadmap, etc. in order to refine sales and market strategy.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years in Sales experience in a similar role, (significant TV market experience will be an advantage).
  • be a local resident of Quetta & Proficiency in the local language (Balochi & Pashto)
  • Have the mandatory network and know how to approach the market and the buyers.
  • Be skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with Dealers.
  • Be a self-starter
  • Be open to new business challenges and company initiatives.
  • Will be passionate, and highly energetic in their work.
