Quality engineer assist in the planning, development, implementation, communication and maintenance of a company’s quality management systems, policies, documentation, data, and customer specific requirements.

Development of inspection and work instructions according to the needs and requirements of the customer satisfaction and TCL standards.
Part inspection: Including raw material from China. Special focus on the material purchased locally. Keep eye on the supplier management, supplier review and promotion of improvements
Preparation of inspection reports: All the inspection reports must be kept in record signed and verified by the department head
Coordination and performance of process and product
Studies for performance products and capabilities and local industry quality standards
Complete tests for raw materials and make a record of all test reports (0QC, New Sample)
Analyze failure rate, brainstorm and provide solutions, make record of all solutions implemented and track the progress
Must review things technically, provide guidance for the shortage or malfunctioning of material received and make a quality exception feedback report
Oversee the quality maintenance related to the machinery and documents.
Must carry out risk assessment and devise preventive measures involving designing of issue and material.
Focus in reducing process variance through the development, revision, and strict application.
Locate and eliminate root cause for errors and reduce unpredictability in production and business process.
Use techniques to figure out how reliable the new method will be for the quality. Focus on continual improvements in the quality and production process.

Requirements

BS Degree in engineering, or relevant work experience
Work experience: 2-3 years in manufacturing environment preferred
Skill requirements: ability to communicate effectively, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills.
