Accounts Manager

We are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base in Rawalpindi.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Swabi office.
Manage and motivate a team of tax and accounting professionals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the tax and accounting industry (a plus).
