The Telemarketing Assistant will be responsible for making outbound calls to assigned numbers and following up with clients in the system. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to assigned numbers to promote products/services, gather information, or solicit donations.
Client Follow-Up: Follow up with clients in the system to ensure their needs are met and to provide additional information as required.
Data Entry: Accurately record client information and interactions in the CRM system.
Script Adherence: Use provided scripts to deliver consistent and effective messaging.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by identifying potential leads and scheduling appointments.
Reporting: Maintain records of calls and client interactions, and provide regular reports to the Telemarketing Manager.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
