Maintain a minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute to respond promptly to customer queries.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must Be graduate 
  • Able to work 6 days a week.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts and offs.
  • Fast typing speed, with a minimum of 70 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and personable manner.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, as you will be an integral part of our customer support team.
