SZABIST Islamabad is looking to fill one position of Assistant Controller Records

The Candidates must have Masters Degree or above with minimum five years of relevant experience.
Must have the knowledge of Course Codes, Courses and Roadmaps
Technical skills of printing of transcripts and degrees are mandatory.
Candidates must have the knowledge of operating different software applications.
Candidates must have ability to work meticulously to produce the accurate transcripts and degree for students.
Drafting and proofreading skills are mandatory.
Assist Controller Records in the process of verifying student’s details, printing and issuing final transcripts, pass certificates and degrees.
Assist Controller Records in verification of provisional transcripts, final transcripts, pass certificates and degrees on request of external agencies.
Coordinates with ZabSolutions for verifying recap sheets, posting results and sending approval for the closure of semester.
Coordinate with relevant departments for the cases of change of grade of students and updating Zab Desk.
Assist Controller Record in delivering the semester results to admissions department for placements in students’ personal file under proper receipt arrangements. To maintain separate copy of semester results in record’s office.

Candidates must have the ability to draft and proofread documents.

Skills required for the post will be tested before the interview for the purpose of Short Listing.

All candidates applying should have degrees from HEC recognized Institutes.
