SZABIST Islamabad campus is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Administration.
Major duties & responsibilities:
- Makes all necessary arrangements for official meetings.
- Immediate repair and maintenance of Indoor / outdoor lightning, electrical equipment and other gadgets and submit daily report to the supervisor.
- Hand over campus to Security Supervisor after proper closing of complete Campus and double check that all electrical / gas appliances etc. have been properly switched off.
- Coordinate with security team for maintaining the security of the campus.
- Provide support to all official indoor, outdoor events, Convocation, Orientation, Admission, Seminars, Workshops, and Sports week.
- Assist the Manager Administration in maintaining the discipline of the campus.
- Perform Inventory tagging on new fixed asset items.
- Carry out the quarterly internal physical verification of inventory with the help of administration’s team.
- Prepare & maintain a list of all fixed assets in order to confirm their physical availability after quarterly verification.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
