We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer who can transform ideas into compelling user interfaces with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in mobile app design. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead Design Initiatives: Take ownership of the entire design process for our mobile applications.
Concept Development: Translate ideas and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
UI/UX Design: Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Design Standards: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, particularly in mobile app design.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality mobile app designs (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

Skills:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
Independence: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and devise solutions that improve the user experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
