We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Suzuki FatehJang Motors(Pvt) Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue and market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Suzuki products and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring the showroom is stocked with a range of vehicles to meet customer demand.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
