- Conducts field assessments either independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams.
- Responsible to mobilization, engagement and liaison with project partners especially with Universities, government officials, media and targeted community members for their support in the implementation of project activities.
- Support to project manager in developing a knowledge base and relevant content for the arrangement of mobilization activities, capacity building, social media campaigns and other related activities.
- Ensure strong documentation and timely reporting of the program. Providing support in preparing reports, lessons learnt documentation, stories of change and other program-related documentation when required.
- Collecting, managing, and maintaining of program data in both soft and hard copies in a timely manner.
- Building strong and long-term relationship through networking and promotion of project activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Supports the program team in organizing visits.
- Provide support to project team in achieving results of the project
- Coordinate the organization of meetings, workshops, conferences, trainings and related activities relevant to the implementation of the Project.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding and Skills around program management & reporting.
- Pro-active in communication & information sharing.
- Working experience on migration issues and projects.
- Excellent Writing & Drafting skills.
- Excellent command of English, Urdu – verbal and written
