Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize food and beverage costs.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, such as promotions, menu changes, and upselling techniques.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the restaurant's offerings and competitiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume Fine dining establishment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.
Solid understanding of restaurant management best practices, including food handling, inventory management, and financial analysis.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
