You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our company. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting our services, and securing new business. Strong knowledge of CDT codes, perio charting, dental software, and insurance handling is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the dental industry
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Present our RCM dental billing services to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and value
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in RCM or dental billing
- Strong knowledge of CDT codes, perio charting, and dental software
- Experience in handling insurance and updating leisure
- Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
