Climate and Humanitarian Action Network for Growth and Development (CHANGE) is a collaborative initiative comprising of Oxfam and nine national non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Pakistan. Together, these organizations, which include the Indus Consortium, Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO), Sindh Agricultural and Forestry Workers Coordinating Organization (SAFWCO), LAAR Humanitarian and Development Programme (LHDP), Management & Development Foundation (MDF), Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS Foundation), The Society for Human Advancement and Disadvantaged Empowerment (SHADE), Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Tameer-e-Khalq Foundation (TKF) and Oxfam GB, work collectively to influence, strengthen institutions, and mobilize resources.
The Resource Mobilization Manager is an important position within the CHANGE network, as it plays a crucial role in supporting the network's objectives. The primary purpose of this role is to develop a comprehensive, long-term multi-sectoral, resource mobilization strategy that aligns with CHANGE's overall strategic framework. The Resource Mobilization Manager will analyze leading humanitarian and climate change-related donors' funding strategies, map donors' available funding streams and thematic areas, and propose strategies on how CHANGE can align its initiatives with these opportunities. By doing so, the Resource Mobilization Manager will help the network to institutionalize a culture of collaborative learning, deliver innovative climate resilience programs, and incorporate the voices and knowledge of people at risk within policies and practices. The Resource Mobilization Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential funding sources and partners, diversifying financial resources, and developing high-quality proposals that meet donor requirements and effectively communicate program impact.

Experience required:
1. Experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or grant writing including ESG (Environment, Social and Governance)/CSR and philanthropy.
3. Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, including donor mapping, identification of funding opportunities, and proposal development.
4. Experience in working with international development organizations and knowledge of the funding landscape in the humanitarian and climate change sectors.
5. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
6. Experience in working with diverse teams.
