We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in sourcing, selecting, and placing candidates in various roles within the Health Care Sector. You will work closely with our experienced teams, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to become an industry expert in your designated functional area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suitable candidates through various recruitment methods for multiple vacancies.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including CV tailoring and interview preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and support their recruitment needs.
- Focus on business development by identifying and engaging with new and exciting companies to expand our client base.
- Book staff using specialized booking software.
Requirements:
- Degree level education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, patient, friendly demeanor on the phone.
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Ambitious and confident with a positive and determined mindset.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided.
