As an HR Officer at S&R Enterprise, you play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and driving employee engagement within the organization. You oversee the recruitment process, working alongside the founder to identify, interview, and hire new employees who align with our company's values and goals. In addition, you are responsible for developing and managing training programs that help new employees integrate seamlessly into the company culture and enhance their skills for future growth. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a strategic mindset to collaborate with top executives on Human Resource planning and compliance, ensuring that all processes align with the organization's objectives. Your expertise not only fosters a positive work environment but also enhances employee relations and engagement to propel the company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to conducting interviews and hiring new employees.
  • Facilitate and manage initial training and development programs for new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and pensions in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as adherence to internal company policies.
  • Design and implement employee surveys and develop strategies aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and support employees in their professional development.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace and ensure that all employees are treated equitably and fairly.
  • Address employee relations issues by handling grievances and disciplinary procedures, maintaining a fair workplace environment.
  • Safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of employees in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives, providing insight and support from the HR perspective.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management to inform decisions and drive HR strategy.
